Last updated: 06 Jun 2024, 14:40 SGT
Flats are considered sold only when keys are issued to the applicants. These flats would thus comprise flats booked in the reported financial year and those booked in previous financial years which were under construction.
Prior to FY2011, data excludes studio apartments and keys issued by private developers under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme.
Data on rental flats refers to flats under the Public Rental Scheme.
