Notes: (1) For the years in which the Conditions of Employment Survey (i.e., 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023) was not conducted, data on flexible work arrangements are obtained from a MOM Supplementary Survey. (2) Data pertain to private sector establishments each with at least 25 employees and the public sector. (3) Data pertain to permanent employees and employees on term contract of at least one year. (4) Figures refer to establishments offering the respective types of scheduled flexible work arrangements as a proportion of all establishments. (5) 'At Least One' refers to establishments offering at least one type of scheduled flexible work arrangement excluding employees' choice of days off, shift swapping, time banking and flexi-shift. These four types of FWAs were collected for the first time in 2022 and 2023. (6) Before 2011, 'At Least One' and 'Scheduled Tele-working' include both scheduled and non-scheduled tele-working. 'Scheduled Tele-working' and 'Non-scheduled Tele-working' are collected separately from 2011 onwards. (7) Establishments can offer more than one type of scheduled flexible work arrangement. (8) 'n.a.': Data were not collected for the year. (9) '-': Nil or negligible.
